Magazine Research 5

The last magazine I researched is another Sports Illustrated Issue, but this magazine is a special issue: The College Football Preview. On the front a lot is going on, lots of article titles are on the front, surrounded by 2 Ohio State players and their mascot in the middle. Around them is the traditional white Sports Illustrated font, on an Ohio State red background. Along the front, there are red, black, and white used to draw attention. The articles in this magazine are specifically surrounding College Football, such as "Dak Prescott: Inside the Life of A Sudden SEC Star," on page 32, "LaQuan McGowan: Attack of the 400-pound Tight End," on page 48, and "Ring Masters: The Final Four," on page 66. The ads in this magazine are all over the place, such as ads for cologne and tobacco products, stationed at the beginning, middle, and end of the magazine. On the cover there is a photo of Ohio State players, and on the table of contents and throughout the magazine there are pictures of players from teams such as Ohio State, Auburn, TCU, Notre Dame, and much more. This magazine has not been nominated for any awards.
